Here at Lunar Mail, we work closely with Father Christmas, fairies and bunnies to create beautifully illustrated, personalised letters and gifts for very special little people. Lovingly hand finished and filled with thoughtful details, each letter brings a little magic into your child’s world. It is our joy and honour to help you nurture their belief, spark their imagination and create keepsakes to treasure long after childhood.
How Does it work?
High above the clouds, on the magical moon, you’ll find Lunar Mail Headquarters: a rather extraordinary sorting office for letters from Father Christmas, fairies and bunnies alike.
Choose your letter and share a few little details about its lucky recipient. We’ll use these to create a personalised message that makes your child feel known and remembered by someone truly magical.
Each letter is lovingly hand finished, addressed, stamped and embossed before receiving its final checks and a sprinkle of Lunar magic.
Then it’s on its way to you, ready for a perfectly timed discovery and a little moment of wonder.
Pippin Frostington
A dazzling deep chestnut haired and rather boisterous elf who is known as the moonlight mischief maker, Pippin is chief elf of the toy sourcing department and plays tricks on other elves every night at sunset. Cheeky!
Norbert Tinselbottom
Chief Elf and Chief bossy boots to match (according to HR) Norbert is in charge here, with his magnifying glass pointed in all directions, he simply does not miss a trick, or indeed a badly presented bow.
Marta Merritickle
With brown eyes the size of twinkling marbles, Marta is our gift sourcing chief. From fizz~whizzing frisbees to dashing dream houses, Marta can source almost any gift on Father Christmas' extensive sourcing list.
Verity Sparkleton
A delightful and seemingly shy elf who carries a moon in her pocket and hides a quill under her hat at all times. Verity is in charge of labelling all gifts and prides herself on NEVER mislabelling a present to date - most impressive!

The Magical Department of Fairies
At Lunar Mail Fairy HQ, bundles of letters arrive each day from the Tooth Fairy, Birthday Fairy, Worry Fairy, Baby Fairy and Love Fairy.
Entrusted to our care, each one is lovingly hand finished, stamped and embossed before receiving a final sprinkle of Lunar magic.
Our chief fairy, Matilda Thunkurke, insists on checking every letter twice. A fairy’s correspondence is a very important matter, after all.
Only when everything is just so does Matilda give her signature of approval, sending each letter on its journey back down to Earth.
