Our delivery estimates below are in working days, Monday-Friday and do not include bank holidays.

UK ORDERS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ELVES, FAIRIES AND ANGELS
UK Recorded Delivery - £3.50 for magical letters / £3.95 for multiple items and gift shop (FREE over £100 to UK)
Please allow 3+ weeks for Elf Department Letters and 1-2 weeks for the Department of Fairies unless, longer if the Elves are open.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ELVES
Due to the nature of our Elf letters and the need for them to arrive in time for Christmas we unfortunately will have to close our International orders early November to avoid any disappointment.
Ireland (2-4 weeks) : £9.95 for one magical letter / £14.95 for multiple items and gift shop
USA & Canada (2-5 weeks) : £12.95 for one magical letter / £20.95 for multiple items and gift shop
Rest of World (2-5 weeks) : £12.95 for one magical letter / £20.95 for multiple items and gift shop
International deliveries may incur import duties, taxes and fees, Lunar Mail does not hold any responsibility for these. Please be aware that you, as the customer may be subject to these.
NITTY GRITTY
Recorded UK Mainland orders are sent with Royal Mail. We may use a courier depending upon the size of your order and aim to use a trackable service wherever possible.
Please Note: Your order may require a signature, and in some cases may arrive in separate parcels, if this is the case it is possible they may arrive at different times.
Priority Services are unfortunately not available at present, please contact us if you have a specific query e.g if you need a letter by a certain date.
All Estimates are not guaranteed and may increase during busy times, particularly due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. We unfortunately cannot accept any responsibility for delayed post at this time.
