Magical Deliveries

Our magical post is currently available for delivery within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland. International delivery is not available.

UK postage

Standalone letters: £3.99 per order.
Correspondence folders, parcels and other physical products: £4.50 per order.
Orders containing both letters and parcels: £4.50 in total.

Your delivery charge and total are shown at checkout before you pay. Digital downloads do not require postage.

Preparing your magical post

Each order is lovingly prepared and hand finished. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery during our Christmas season, and check the product page for any specific delivery information.

If you need an order for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can help. Priority services are not currently available.

Your delivery address

Please enter a real UK postal address at checkout. A magical or whimsical address supplied for the decorative envelope does not replace your delivery address.

We use Royal Mail and may use a courier depending on the size of your order. Your delivery may require a signature. Items sent separately may arrive at different times.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact hello@lunar-mail.co.uk with your order number so we can help.

Let’s be kind to our planet

We aim to keep unnecessary plastic to a minimum. Please recycle outer packaging where your local facilities accept it.
