★ From the Department of Elves ★

An inside glimpse of life in the North Pole Village, sent by your child’s very own assigned elf. This personalised letter shares the festive fun, confirms their place on the Nice List and explains the elf’s efforts to source a toy they have wished for.

A lovely surprise to give during December. Up to three children can be included in one family letter.

Personalising your letter Please provide the name exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope, your elf’s name and one toy your child has asked for this year. If you do not have an elf name, we will choose one for you.

What’s included • A beautifully illustrated letter from your elf, printed on 270gsm textured card. • A bespoke, hand-folded envelope with gold-foil details, addressed by hand in traditional dip-pen calligraphy using sepia ink. • A complimentary copy of the 2026 Christmas Chronicles – Department of Elves special.

Made by hand, delivered by magic Each letter is thoughtfully personalised and finished by hand. Your envelope can carry your real address or a magical, make-believe destination: enter the wording exactly as you would like it to appear.

Ordering and delivery Please allow up to six weeks for delivery, as each order is lovingly prepared by hand. Thank you for your patience while the elves work their way through the Nice List.
