★ From the Department of Elves ★

A magical welcome for your December elf’s arrival. Place this personalised letter beside your elf on 1 December to begin a month of festive mischief with a message written especially for your family.

Up to three children can be included in one family letter.

Personalising your letter Please provide the name exactly as you would like it to appear on the envelope, your elf’s name and one funny thing they did last year. If this is your elf’s first visit, simply provide their name.

What’s included • A beautifully illustrated letter from your elf, printed on 270gsm textured card. • A bespoke, hand-folded envelope with gold-foil details, addressed by hand in traditional dip-pen calligraphy using sepia ink. • A complimentary copy of the 2026 Christmas Chronicles – Department of Elves special.

Made by hand, delivered by magic Each letter is thoughtfully personalised and finished by hand. Your envelope can carry your real address or a magical, make-believe destination: enter the wording exactly as you would like it to appear.

Ordering and delivery Please allow up to six weeks for delivery, as each order is lovingly prepared by hand. Thank you for your patience while the elves work their way through the Nice List.

For a 1 December elf arrival, please order well in advance to allow for the handmade lead time.
